Equity Release allows you to release cash from you real estate asset.


The idea is to obtain a credit line representing a certain percentage of your assets value. Depending on market condition and the asset itself, this percentage usually range from 50 up to 80% of the estimated asset value.


Then, a part of the credit is kept by the bank (around 50%) which will manage it either through a discretionary management or according to your orders. This “system” has allowed these last few years to pretty much “rebuild” the total credit line over a period of about 10 years. This way, the client  did not have to repay the capital of the loan, simply the annual interest.


This Equity Release scheme can be offered in several currencies (Euro, USD, CHF...)
